- The survey should be completed within 7 days of your visit to Giant Tiger stores.
- Neither any purchase is mandatory nor it will enhance your chance of winning.
- The survey is available in two languages – English and French

Giant Tiger guest experience survey – instructions:
- Well, there are two options to complete this online survey – online entry and mail-in entry.
- If you are attempting the online entry method, you need a digital setup that can be connected to the internet and a valid mail ID.
- Open your browser and visit the official Giant Tiger survey page.
- Choose your language of preference – English or French.
- Enter your transaction number, store number, TILL number and date of visit. (sample receipt uploaded for your reference)
- Click on – Enter
- Select the departments of the Giant Tiger store that you had visited during your last shopping.
- Give your ratings against their survey questions. The questions are very simple and related to – your satisfaction level overall, ease of finding out items while at their Store, ease of checking out and billing system, etc.
- At the very least you will have to fill one online entry form by providing your personal information – name, telephone number, email address and postal code.
- If you are opting for the mail-in entry, write a letter containing the following sentence “Please enter me in the Giant Tiger Customer Experience Survey 2019-2020 Contest for a chance to win one (1) $500.00 Giant Tiger gift card”.
